Crafted with precision, and benefitting from German ingenuity, this premium systems offers a range of customisation options that can enhance any patio area or garden.

ABOUT
The Genoa brings a new dimension to luxurious outdoor living. Made-to-measure, and with a modular design, the Genoa’s subtle internal pitch offers the appearance of a completely flat roof, while allowing the integrated drainage to function properly. Available in range of standard frame colours, the Genoa also comes with a choice between clear laminate glass, frosted or tinted glass, and three types of triple-wall polycarbonate.
Designed and manufactured in Germany, the Genoa blends elegance and contemporary design to create an outdoor space you’re certain to love. Its reinforced framework and 196mm x 196mm posts allow for a 7m span between two posts and, unlike our Romagna and Toscana options, it can even reach a 6m projection with a glass roof. Its modular design allows you to add a remote underawning for summer shading, integrated LED lighting, and any of our fixed panel systems to transform the Genoa into a luxurious garden room.

We’d seen Fleming Verandas online, through their website and their YouTube channel. Reading their reviews convinced us they were a good firm, and we found that out for ourselves after we gave them a call. They were friendly and knowledgeable, giving us advise based on what we wanted and what would best suit our property. We liked the look of some of their options and, after we’d had someone out to survey, our decision was easily made.
Why did you choose this product?
After we’d had our survey, we had lengthy email exchanges with Sam about the Genoa. The installation area didn’t have enough clearance to mount a lean-to option, and we wanted something with an overhang that would cover a larger area away from the property. The Genoa seemed like the obvious choice, and we’re really pleased with it. It looks smashing in black!
