Rob came around and really sold the product and company to us. He spent time explaining all the options, giving pros and cons for each. We never felt pressured into making a decision which differed from other companies we had around. The renders they provided have given us a really good idea of what the final product will look like. We havent gone ahead yet, but once we do, it will definitely be with Fleming.

Weve recently had a 11,000x4000m glass extension completed by Flemmings in their "Romagna" range, with 2x5,500mm undear shade blinds (off a remote) and LED spot lighting. Very competitive price and schedule of works stuck too. Very pleased and at a fraction of a cost of the quoted prices we had for an extension. Vry vry happy.

Fleming verandahs you should be very proud of your team mentioned above.they arrived on time 7.45am both days always with a smile and charm that you dont see that early in the morning.there work was impeccable throughout there time at our house.you all gave a very professional service from day one survey, quote ect you wont find better prices that come with this type of overall service.they will always be our first choice.KEEP UP YOUR GREAT WORK.

From the initial meeting/ site survey to the end result, I had 3 quotes and Flemming came in on my planned budget.Rob is very enthusiastic and knowledgeable about all things verandas, glass rooms etc.We went big on ours 8m x3m initially as a fixed glass roofed awning,with planned glass sides and glass sliding doors next year. We did have a couple of technical problems, due to the micro tollerences of German engineering but these were rectified very quickly, Rob and Chris (Flemmings sales) have been super helpful and using WhatsApp for video calls etc is a super quick way to communicate. A big mention to Tom (Indigo) the fitter/ Tech, soooo helpful, tenacious and precise to make everything right. Also his gang were / are very respectful of the clients property and very polite taboot.

recent awning installation for our coffee shop in Tettenhall.. allowing us to seat more customer when the weather turns, and increase income around the years - with rising costs very happy with the invest we put into this as it’s now paying us profits. Good and honest service and good to see the awnings on display at ollybush in person and see how they work and get installed. Kev and Robert the installers were really good, tidy and mindful that we were open so obeyed all Helath rules etc.

Very very happy with our new outdoor living BBQ area. We initially contacted Darren at Fleming’s after meeting Georgia in their showroom in Birmingham near on 2 years ago now. We were very impressed with the level of detail, enthusiasm and eagerness to help - nothing was too much.
We had a free visual render produced showing us what we could have and what the new space could look like, which in all honesty - is exactly what sold it to us. By no means the cheapest from the other 3 quotes we had, but the dedication and support we had from Darren and the guys in the office was second to none.
There were a few supplier issues, mainly due to the recent weather and world wide crises at the moment, but eventually had the works started by a team of very knowledgable, clean and tidy gentleman including Sandy, Johns daughter I believe, who accompanied them to site as a helper. Lovely people and a lovely young lady I might add.
Myself and Steve would genuinely recommend any of the team, their dedication and service to what they do, to anyone. Go with these guys if you want your dream space to become a reality!!

I would like to thank Sam Fleming for his support and advice about our glass room and veranda project. Unfortunately I decided to go to another company due to cost reasons but now I wish hadnt. Sam helped me free of cost to ask right questions about my project.He is very knowledgeable about his job knows what he is doing.I would strongly recommend this company if anyone is thinking about having dream glass room or veranda.

Very happy with my Weinor Kubuta awning, the process was very smooth as they provided me with with professional help such as recommending me with darker fabrics to prevent bug markings, overall they was very knowledgeable in the field, the price was very good considering it included installation however the installation took longer then advised due to fixing issues with the brickwork, despite this they was honest and they sorted the issue out without anymore problems.

I had been thinking about getting a veranda for quite some time but couldnt make up my mind. Came across Fleming verandas and I am so glad, I decided to go ahead with them after dealing with not so honest people around in this business. The whole experience from start to finish had been an absolute pleasure. Rob and Chris had been great and fitting team were very professional. Garden is looking amazing with my Traffic white Lazio veranda with opal polycarbonate roof. I know we are going to make good use of this great space in our back garden. Thank you!

Its almost a year since my veranda was fitted (around 16th August 2023, after which I did leave a review to say I was thrilled) Well this is an update to confirm it really is the best money Ive ever spent. Through the winter months (and unfortunately through the rubbish spring weather) its been a real bonus. I was able to shelter my tender plants underneath it throughout winter. It also makes life so much easier when you have a dog (incidently he cottoned on very quickly to the fact that he could be out and not get wet!)
The construction is still tip top, absolutely no change since the day it was erected.
I would still recommend Fleming Verandas to anyone I know. From the sales to construction, everyone was helpful, professional and the job was completed in the time I was told it would be.
