How Fleming Verandas is responding to COVID-19

Fleming Verandas are continuing to operate during the pandemic and throughout the lockdown. Our teams have been properly equipped and trained to make sure they can carry out both site visits and installations safely.

We recognise the risk that COVID-19 poses, which is why we felt it necessary to make sure the proper measures are in place in order to guard the wellbeing of both our staff and our customers. For your understanding and peace of mind, we have broke down the measures we have taken in regards to customer integrations below.

Site Visits

Staff will perform all site visits wearing the proper PPE, including a mask, gloves and shoe protectors.
Prior to any visits, you will be asked whether you have been in contact in with anyone with COVID-19 or whether you have displayed any symptoms in the last few days.
If you have had or do have COVID-19, we will reschedule the site visit until after your quarantine period.
During the site visit, our staff will be sure to stay 2m away from you at all times.

Installations

During installations, our team will ensure to stay 2m away from you at all times.
Our installation team are equipped with the necessary PPE to perform their jobs safely.
All staff are regularly asked whether they have been in contact with, or have themselves, contracted the virus.
All staff are aware of our rigorous COVID-19 policy.

Showroom Appointments

Should you wish to book an appointment at our showroom, you will need to confirm whether you have had contact with anyone with COVID-19 in the last few days.
If you yourself have COVID-19, your appointment will be rescheduled until after your quarantine time.
The staff at our showroom have been provided the proper PPE and have hand sanitiser on all of their desks.
The staff in the showroom make sure to keep 2m away from one another and will make sure to maintain the same distance with yourself on your appointment.
We continue to monitor and update our COVID-19 policy to be in line with the present Government guidelines.
